"I ordered a new Ansmann Energy 16 Charger. They sent me a used charger. When I informed them of the problem, I received a phone call AND an e-mail from Eugene Thomas. He was upset that this had occurred.

They sent me a brand new charger by overnight delivery. The new one was both new and in excellent condition. I popped the old one in the shipping box, slapped on the no-charge return label and the issue was resolved.

The initial screwup shouldn't have happened, buy the followup customer service was excellent!

Their products, prices and customer service are top-notch; that's why I'm a repeat customer. Out of the dozens of batteries I've purchased, I had one AA that was DOA.
