I think that on one of my calls (I've made several orders from them over the past year) that one of the owners, or names on the letterhead, took a turn answering service calls. That speaks well to staying connected to his business. And they have been accomodating to my slightest request. They know their product. When I once had a problem with recharge capacity, they immediately correctly identified the problem, and provided a solution to resolve it. They then provided several alternative shipping times and methods of shipping (including a delay of shipping and invoicing if needed) the correct product.... all with an eye toward accomodating my own travel schedules.
