Great Customer Satisfaction!

"I wanted to replace my "donut" compact spare tire with a full size spare. I had the tire but needed help figuring out which wheel I needed for my beloved 2010 Corolla.
The parts department couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!
And Thompson's was having a great Labor Day sale so the ordered wheel came at a fraction of the original price!

Parts dept no longer matches on-line pricing.

"I always enjoyed my monthly visit with your parts staff as they helped identify part numbers for my restoration project and even matched other dealer on-line pricing with my order. But it appears that things have changed recently and they now recommend that I order parts myself through your company's web site instead. I still require assistance researching parts as your web site doesn't go back to when my car was made but now ordering must be done on-line for best pricing. "

"I have delt with other toyota dealers and the don't listen to what you are saying, like I don't know my own vehicle, or they hold you over a barrel and rob you. Not Thompson!!! Very polite respectful and very understanding. And not robbers. Thank you Eric!!!!!"

Not the best customer service!

"I called your parts department to ask about the cost of a replacement key fob for my 2020 Prius Prime and to make an appointment to have it programmed. He told me it was $235.58. I told him I was sure that it came up at $141.63 when I Googled it earlier that morning. He then tells me that you have an online store where parts are discounted. (autoparts.thompsonstoyota.com). Why wouldn't he tell me that in the first place? I ordered the part and will pick it up on Monday. Thompson Toyota did not make a good first impression on me so I'll be taking it to Wayne's Locksmith for programming. "
