"Worst experience I have ever had with on-line shopping....EVER.
I purchased $400+ of t-shirts. Goods were promised in one week. After 3 weeks i finally receive a notice that my shirts have shipped and i was given a tracking # with USPS. I was supposed to receive my order in 3 days. The following day i check the tracking # and it was actually a 'pre-shipment' notification. I waited one day and called. The Customer Service rep of course blamed USPS and said that sometimes it takes 24-48 to track. We are already at 72. When i told him that he said he would immediately check and call me back. I never heard from him. I called again the next day and the manager (who i now understand is also the owner, Jason) emailed me and promised that no matter what the issue was, i would receive my shipment on Tuesday, 9/8. Of course i did not. I called and Jason answered and very quickly tried to get me off the phone. He promised a call back in 2 minutes. I never heard from him. I requested a refund and a call back. Nothing. I called Wednesday...no response or call back. I called today, Thursday and still no call or email. Horrible service and at this point, i believe they lied and are trying to keep my money.
Too bad as the shirts look comfy but BEWARE doing business with them."
"My purchase experience with Thread Society was unreal. The Zip Up hoodie I purchased was better then advertised. I don't take it off, unless it's to shower. I am currently loading my cart with many more articles of clothing from thread society."
