"Overall, I would give ThredUP a 5 star rating for service, packaging and the ease of returns. I would ask to make an effort to list more info about an item. For example - shoes, if it's fabric, leather or vinyl?, sweaters - wool, mohair or acrylic? also, I would like separate snag, fading, etc. notation, not just lumped together I do appreciate that the condition of the clothing is very accurate and the site has multiple pictures of an item, however: I did receive 2 pairs of Coach shoes that were mis-labeled, (which it does happen and I understand).

I was pleased with the two items I kept-a nice shirt from J. Crew and ditto a skirt-both for a total of around $20! The procedure to send back clothes was super easy so I would be quicker to order things I am unsure of knowing I can easily send them back and not pay shipping as long as I am happy with store credit."
