"Terrible customer service. Terrible quality. I agree with the other reviews. The socks are not a comfortabe fit or feel. I tried to cancel my order immediately after placing it. I never recieved an email or chat reply. I opened the package to feel the material. I was told now that they will not accept returns if the package was opened. Very disappointed in this company. They also refused to give the owners contact email."

"Socks are are like Burlap! Awful, unless you're bagging potatoes! They didn't want me to return my order. After I returned it anyway, on my own expense, they refused to give full refund saying one of my two packages were opened. How could I feel the product without opening? I put the transaction in dispute with my CC and will file a complaint with the BBB"

"Putting on a brand new pair of socks can feel amazing, but not these. I bought the "Midweight Slouch Socks" and they were absolutely horrible. It felt like putting on a pair of socks made of sandpaper. Before ordering I didn't notice Threddies' no- return policy which now comes as no surprise. Talk about shady. Just don't do it. I now have six pairs of socks that I wouldn't even donate to a homeless shelter. Worst purchase ever. If I could give Threddies zero stars I would."

"I own a small embroidery business and purchased headbands from Threddies. The headbands weren't what I expected so I tried to contact Threddies to see if I could return them. I have left several voice mails and emails and no one has returned my call or email. They even say on their voice message that they respond faster to emails. I placed my order in November and as of February haven't received a response from them. If they don't accept returns, fine. I would just appreciate a call or email back. Very disappointed with their customer service."
