"My wife and I attempted to attend the Magic-Lakers game this past Monday. The tickets I bought were in section JRNGS, Row 3 seats 13-14. We arrived at 6 and were asked if we had a reservation (if reservation was made with ticket purchase we were not given this info). We said no, and were told we couldn’t be seated until game time 7pm. We come back, and get taken to a table with legitimately NO view of the court at all. The tickets purchased said “Clear View” and I just don’t even know what to say to that.
