Bought concert tickets on Tickpick months before the actual concert, realised a week prior to the event that tickets had been misplaced. Tickpick customer service were very nice but could not do anything about it. Had I purchased my tickets directly from the Madison Square Garden online, they would have been able to produce a lost ticket voucher. I also realized that I paid 76$ per ticket that were worth 48$....."
"Could not find tickets to the Rush concert. Found this site and took a leap of faith boy was it worth it, me and my son made it to the concert. Tickets came as promised when promised. Would definitely use again. Just wish people wouldn't jack ticket price up so crazy but that has nothing to do with tickpick. Again this was an honest site would use them again!"
"UPDATE: got a refund after sending an email with the facts of the situation alongside their site clauses. Never got a call back within the couple hour window they suggested though. Interesting experience. I'll be using the site again because they have low fees and this was probably a 1% type of scenario. Hopefully the customer service experience with refunds/disputes improves with time.

Bought a large set of nosebleed tickets to a baseball game that turned out to be partly limited view seats (no view of videoboard), though the seller did not list this in the notes section as they are required to. Attempted to get a refund as per TickPick's buyer guarantee, but their customer service agent believed that this does not constitute an obstruction. They told me that a manager would call me back "at the end of the day" yesterday to handle this dispute, but no call. Called again this morning and they said I would receive a call within a couple of hours, but nothing. No sense of urgency, it felt like they were trying to force me into reselling the misrepresented tickets I bought or delay enough in getting back to me to force me to keep the tickets (the game is tomorrow). StubHub is a much safer option at this point in TickPick's development as a company. Will provide an update when I finally hear back from them."
