"I purchased a ticket for a playoff baseball game via TickPick, which was rescinded by the seller on the day of the event, just 23 minutes before the gates open. This is not the fault of TickPick, as they simply facilitate the transfer of the ticket from the seller to the buyer via MLB's ballpark app. However, their customer service has flat-out ignored me. I called their support line (long hold time), gave them of proof that my ticket was invalid, and was promised a call-back and a refund. One month later, no contact and no refund. Will never deal with them again."
