"I strongly advise not using TickPick.com for event tickets. We barely got our tickets on time, which came electronically even though I paid for shipping that was promised to ship a week before. When it did not ship as promised I had to follow up multiple times just to get the tickets at all. I have sent 9 emails expressing my disappointment and they haven’t even sent me a response even though they have a 100% money back “guarantee”. Also our seats were obstructed view but not advertised as such. Dishonest and unreliable."

“Hello, we apologize that your emails did not receive a response, after investigating this matter we see that we received and responded to two emails from you and cannot locate any others. This may have led to a break in communication, and for that we apologize. Your shipping cost was refunded in full due to the change of delivery method. On our site we mention in our user agreement and FAQ that we cannot guarantee that the delivery method of any tickets purchased will not change. Due to the nature of ticketing there are times when final delivery method will differ from the type of delivery that was originally expected. As for your view we require our sellers to disclose obstruction as long as the venue has designated a seat as such. The seats you purchased were not designated as obstructed by the venue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation.”

Everything was perfect and no fees!!!

"Everything went as smooth as it could. Really nice. Most importantly, I would not have attended this game if not for TickPick because I would never pay the exorbitant fees that other re-sellers charge for what is a simple computer allocation. “Accounting is handled on Wednesday of every week, and we begin processing payments for individual sellers on the second Wednesday after the event has taken place to ensure that the tickets were valid for entry and didn't cause the buyer any issues, so you should expect your payment to be sent via PayPal to your email on file on or shortly after the second Wednesday following the event you sold for.”

This is because that date is the latest they expect to receive them from their source (Ticketmaster, the box office, etc).
Once a sale has been confirmed, your tickets are 100% guaranteed and will be delivered in time for the event.
