“Hello, as physical tickets purchased with us are shipped via FedEx if there is ever and issue with your address we can reach out on your behalf to request the package be re-routed to an updated address. In this situation no one reached out to us regarding an incorrect address until after the tickets were already delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience but FedEx is not able to re-collect packages that have already been delivered.”
