Couldn't Find Tickets!

"On the day of getting my tickets, I could not find them on the front page of the app. I had to go to my account and select the day and then find my tickets. When you are in a hurry in line, this is very cumbersome. I would like to see my tickets on the front page of the app and make it easier to access. "

Rip off

"I bought two tickets from tick pick. After 48 hours, they said one of the tickets was sold on a separate website which is fine. However, they refused to refund my other ticket so now I’m stuck trying to sell it. I have to now buy more expensive tickets if I want to go so I can sit next to my girlfriend. If they would’ve just refunded both tickets instead of one, this wouldn’t be an issue. "

“Hello, TickPick is a marketplace, none of the tickets sold on our website are sold by us directly, rather they are sold by multiple sellers who use our site to reach a wider audience of customers. Because of this we could not retract your tickets and resell them. When there is an issue with a electronic ticket transfer we do ask seller to resend them on our customer's behalf. When the seller cancels the initial transfer you may receive an email stating your ticket transfer was cancelled, but that is generally followed shortly by a second email confirming that a new transfer has been initiated.”

Thieves

"They sent my tickets to wrong email. Paypal had invoiced my credit card but no tickets showed up. I emailed TickPick and they said that no tickets were ordered even though they had billed me. They requested I send the PayPal invoice to them, which I did.
Nothing heard from them so called the number listed but the number wouldnt go through. They had my money and my tickets. Finally found another number and called. They still couldn't find the order. I had a problem before about a wrong email. They fixed it last year and my order last year was fine and went to correct email. I asked to check that incorrect email and there were my tickets in an email account that didnt exist but kept coming up in their system even though they kept "fixing" it. Ok fine my TickPick profile account shows my correct email and so did the PayPal invoice so just move my tickets to correct account. Oh no, they can't do that. They can't refund my money or give me my tickets. I am just out of luck and money because of their error. So I opened a Pay Pal dispute. When aTickPick supervisor realized I had opened a dispute he became nasty and even more unhelpful. Why wouldnt I open a dispute I paid good money for those tickets now no money or tickets. Thieves

Perfect Experience Everytime

"Tick Pick is the greatest ticket company on the market. After purchasing a Super Bowl ticket from them, I won't buy tickets from anywhere else. Tick Pick is hands down the best place to buy tickets. I've purchased tickets for basketball,baseball, football, and hockey through Tick Pick. Tick Pick always has a great selection and price for any event, not just sports, all events, i.e. concerts stand up comedy, and more."

"I bought these on Vividseats for $350. And needed to get rid of one of my pairs of tickets, sold one last night so I deleted this listing. Now they’re trying to charge me 200%. I guess I’m just taking the $170 loss on these. "
