"I don’t understand why TickPick doesn’t deliver reserved seats as soon as they are purchased. It causes stress that you have to distribute the tickets to others in a short window of time. I liked the ticket buying experience and rating of offered seats though."

"I had to email tick pick twice to actually get to download the tickets and Seats sucked but it said obstructed view so it’s no ones fault- the venue upgraded our seats once I complained to dead center and 2 rows from the floor. totally worth it and love that there are no fees!!!! I would have paid $300 more on ticketmaster for same ticket seats"
