"I purchase these tickets the beginning of February for the UK Wildcats game in Lexington Kentucky. We're from Radcliff and was going to drive an hour and 38 minutes to this ball game where are tickets say the game starts at 1:30 when in fact the game was going to start at 12:30 so we would have missed a whole hour of the game. Not to mention we had children that we hired babysitters for. When I called to make the complaint they were friendly and offered a $10 off next purchase but that doesn't beat the whole hundred and $52 just for the tickets alone. She had stated that it's out of her control on what time the events are that the venue did not make them aware that it starts at 12:30 instead of 1:30."
