"I had ordered tickets through another reseller site after realizing the concert I was planning to attend with my boyfriend had sold out. Didn’t receive the tickets when I should have so I reached out to them twice and was just told to keep waiting (it would have been an electronic transfer, days after the seller should have had the tickets). The tickets were never transferred, so a few hours before the concert I determined that it wasn’t going to happen, started looking for alternatives, and luckily found TicketIQ. Found a few remaining tickets, easily made a purchase and the tickets were transferred right away in time to get to the concert and we had a great time. I also really appreciated that they offer the option to split the payment into installments since I’m still waiting on the refund from the first site, though my order also ended up a bit less than the first one as well since TicketIQ doesn’t charge the extra fees that other resellers do. I had made a decision after dealing with the first site that I wanted to avoid ever having to use a reseller again in the future, especially since s the final stage is dependent on the seller so I know it is not necessarily the reseller service’s fault when things go awry, but in the event that I do need this service again I will definitely turn to TicketIQ. The whole experience was much easier and just more appealing than any of the other reseller sites I’m aware of. I wish I had found them first!!"
