"Do your due diligence before purchasing from this website! I was ripped off $700 total on my purchase of 6 tickets to a concert that was not sold out or anything. The same tickets were selling for less than half the price on TicketMaster. I got the crappiest seats ever paying more than the front seat price! Later on, I found out the individual seller who sold me the tickets was called "Song Entertainment 3" or "Song Ticketing" and has many complaints and scam accusation charges filed on numerous consumer protections websites against it. But of course, there is no way to know who is selling you the tickets until after you purchase, it looks like you are buying from ticketliquidator (which I assumed must be a decent site since its reviews were OK). I asked Ticketliquidator afterwards how I can review and rate this one seller to protect future customers of the website(since ticketliquidator takes no responsibility for the tickets, it's up to the individual seller to ship you the ticket, etc) and I was told they don't have a rating system like eBay or Amazon do! So they basically pretend to be a major ticket selling site such as Ticketmaster or livenation, where in reality they are just like eBay (if you have a ticket selling "official business" you can list with them and they could care less how unethical and how crappy your service is).
I will be writing a separate review about "Song Ticketing" aka "Song Entertainment 3" on appropriate sites. Now, these people should be jailed if you ask me. How can they still be in business?!!!"
"Sketchy and unprofessional. Our tickets were not at will call and we missed half the concert trying to get a hold of the company. The people at will call informed us that our tickets were given away already. When we called the company, they told us to call and meet a random other person who would not answer his phone. This went on for almost an hour. Definitely not worth the hassle considering how the tickets were still expensive. "

"Cheaper tickets than ticketmaster.com for UFC events. I went to UFC 141 which was pretty awesome. I was a little worried if it was a reputable site but the tickets were mailed within a week and worked perfectly at the event. They even sent a follow up email which was nice.

"Ticket Liquidator went out of their way to help me out. First of all, when I placed my ticket order, Steve personally called me to let me know my tickets in the mezzanine were off to the side and did not have a great view. He suggested orchestra tickets that were a few dollars more but had a much better view. I had ordered tickets a couple of nights before and they had sold out and he knew I was disappointed so he was trying to make up for it for my daughter's birthday. He made sure that we discussed options for getting me the tickets in time. He really went out of his way and made an "on-line" experience very personal and customized. This is why I will go back to Ticket Liquidator in the future. I know that they will personally take care of situations which you don't always know when you order tickets on-line."

"My experience with TicketLiquidator.com was very good. I ordered off the website, but called the phone number with a question and also to make sure they were legit. The best thing about them is that the tickets were left at the box office for pick up. This wasn't the case with all the places I checked for buying tickets. The ticket I bought was reasonably priced. Service charges brought that up, but that seems to be the case for all tickets sales and even with the service charge the ticket price was very good.
