"I purchased (10) tickets for Motown in Chicago from Ticket Gallery. When I received the confirmation the next day, after calling and having them resend it twice, they booked me for New York.
When I tried to get the situation straightened out, They finally got me tickets. The face value for the tickets was (8) tickets for $85 dollars, (2) tickets for $105. I was charged $146 per ticket and a 386.90 service fee.
I am not a math teacher, but $1861.90 for tickets at a face value of $890 dollars seems to be HIGHWAY ROBBERY, especially when booking the event (3) months in advance.
