"Ordered a couple of tickets for a concert for one of our favorite bands. Told by the sellers that my tickets would be available 2 days before the concert. Well 2 days before the concert and I didn’t get the tickets. Called them to see what was going on and they said they will be available the day of the concert. So the 2 days before the concert was a total lie. The day of the concert came and I still don’t have the tickets! Called them to have them email me the tickets and behold 37 calls finally got them to answer the call! Talked with them calmly even though I’m **** off with the experience I’m having with them. Was transferred 4 different times between different employees with being on held for roughly about 20 minutes a hold transfer. Finally got told that they will be available an hour before the concert. My drive to the concert is about 2 hours got halfway and got an email saying that I am being refunded my money for the tickets. I will advise you to not go through ticketnetwork. The ****!!"
"Bought concert tickets 1 week prior to event. Never received them. Contacted ticketnetwork many times before event and continued to promise me they would be there. Day of event still no tickets , the told me to go to the venue theu will be there before the show. No tickets ever came. Show started at 7pm and thier office conveniently closes at 7pm. They are blamming the seller the next day and are not refunding my money. They are thiefs and liars do not use this ripoff website."
"We ordered tickets for Trans Siberian Orchestra and paid $292.73 for two mezzanine 11th row seats. Within minutes we tried to cancel the tickets. They refused. A horrible policy. Tickets were available by going to the Wells Fargo site at $195 (For 2 tickets all in) for 3rd row floor seats. So they rip you off right from the beginning by charging much more for much worse seats. Be careful what website you link to when looking for tickets.

"I was looking online for Stomp tickets, and I found what was supposed to be the venue site. I got what I thought were the best tickets left. I then saw on the receipt it was a 3rd party and they didn't disclose the seat location. I found the actual venue site, and there were tons of seats available. I was charged $40 dollars more per ticket, a fee bigger than the ticket cost, and a delivery fee for email. Therefore they charged over $100 more than the tickets should have cost. They won't talk to me and just sent a nasty email. Avoid this company. This is just blatant price gouging and a scam. Update: now they are blaming another company and that company is giving me the opposite story. "

On 9/5/18, I purchased 4 tickets (for almost $200) to a Houston Astros baseball game scheduled for 9/23/18. Upon getting through security and presenting the printed tickets to the ticket scanner at the gate, I was told that the tickets had already been used to enter the game. Needless to say, it was an embarrassing and confusing experience. I ended up having to buy worse tickets at a higher price in order to go to the game. I contacted TicketNetwork on 9/24/18 to resolve the issue and receive a refund, and they requested that I have the ballpark send them a letter stating that I had been denied entry to the venue. What a joke! The box office isn’t going to go through the hassle of verifying that I was denied entry, and when I spoke to them they said that they don’t send letters like that to third party ticket resellers. I’ve never had this issue when buying through other ticket vendors. I will not EVER be buying through TicketNetwork, and I warn everyone against using them to buy tickets. Still trying to get my money back."
"My story is consistent with many others on this site. These people create a website that looks exactly like the venue where a performance is scheduled. I did not realize it until the concert was canceled though subsequently rescheduled. Since I was unable to attend the rescheduled event, I requested a refund. How naive of me. They had advised they would not refund. Had I been on the performance venue's website, a refund would have been forthcoming. In addition to this problem, I echo the reports of highly inflated prices and add on charges. While I learned a very expensive lesson, in the future I will make absolutely certain never to use ticketetwork again!"
"This company ****. Purchased two tickets to a Christian concert. Found out 5 min later I was overcharge 4-fold. Called to cancel right away, before tickets were delivered, before even received confirmation email, and was told No. On top of scalping me 4x the ticket price, there was a $25 fee for each ticket AND a $8 email fee to email me the tickets. Which i didnt notice right away because I was purchasing on my phone and it didnt show up til the end. This place **** and scalping tickets should be illegal!!"

"The max amount of tickets that can be purchased is four. We had eight of us wanting to go so we had to purchase four tickets twice. Luckily we were able to get eight seats together. The problem is, they upgrade each seat of four seats in different seats which meant we were split up in the section. Although I appreciated the upgrade, but with eight of us going, we didn’t appreciate the fact we couldn’t all be together. I was told by customer service, they don’t need to contact us on upgrades (which they didn’t. I noticed the seat changes when I actually printed out the tickets.) The suggestion was to ask strangers from the purchased row if they would like our upgrades. We literally had to negotiate with four others to move so we all sit together."
