"When my daughter & I discovered we had left the print outs of our tickets & we were on the train to the stadium, an operator helped us figure out how to have them resent and scanned at the gate. My only concern was the price of the tickets and if I could have gotten a better deal. "

"When choosing tickets, only the row numbers are displayed. The seat numbers are not provided. I had to purchase the tickets first then find out the actual seat numbers (which happen to be at the very end of the row). Also, I came upon ticketnetwork.com by mistake by typing in snubhub.com instead of stubhub.com in the browser. I was taken to ticketnetwork.com. I felt deceived. Note, stubhub.com does display seat numbers before you purchase your tickets and their fees are much lower than ticketnetwork.com"
