"Everything went well up until I bought my tickets. Secured payment, several mails to confirm tickets were Ok, and that I'd received my tickets before the event by mail.
I was therefore very confident, as I live in France and was on a 1 week vacation in New York that I'd get my ticket by mail before the MLB game NYYankees vs Milwaukee Brewers due on my last day in NY.
But that never happened. On the day of the event still no news, so I sent an Email early in the morning to explain I was worried and still Haden't got my tickets.I also called the customer service number, but only to hear a machine to tell me to press 1 for this, 2 for that etc...but never an option to speak to someone.
So with no information, I showed up at the Yankee Stadium in the Bronx for the first time in my life, thousands of people everywhere and not nowing where to go, what to do etc...
I finally got my ticket after giving my credit card, and the payment confirmation mail to a cashier.
I will not renew my experience with TicketNetwork, never even got an answer to my e-mail but did get one to see if I was satisfied.
Well NO, IAM NOT SATISFIED, and I had a bad day that day, not knowing if would be able to see the game I had paid 150$ for.
