"If I could give this company zero stars, I would!! I purchased tickets in Feb 2020 for the Fabulously Funny Comedy Festival in Baltimore, MD. The show was supposed to be on April 10, 2020, but due to COVID, it was postponed until June 2020. No problem. Since COVID was still haunting us in June, it got rescheduled for September 2020. Again, COVID was still around, so it got rescheduled a third time to April 9. 2021. I found out via Instagram (from a friend because I don't have IG) that the show was canceled. Thanks for emailing all the ticketholders and notifying them that the show was canceled! Mind you, the site states that the only way you will get refunded is if the show is cancelled, so I didn't request a refund after all the postponements. So I emailed AllinTickets about the refund process and was told that I should expect a refund within 120 BUSINESS DAYS!!! NOT DAYS, BUSINESS DAYS!! After I've already waited an entire calendar year for this show, I have to wait an additional 6 months ( 120 business days from 3/17 is 9/1 per google) for a refund! That is absolutely absurd! That money is sitting in some bank account gaining interest instead of being refunded to its rightful owners in a timely manner. That should be illegal! Although my emails were answered within a day, their refund policy is trash! This company will NEVER get my business again!"

It took me literally hours to eventually print out some paper tickets, This was with multiple very long holds, multiple re-sends of confirming emails, repeated failure of links to work. I never could get the tickets to display in an app. The technology simply doesn't work. If you use this service, get ready for some intense frustration and a LOT of wasted time. "I purchased tickets early, (3 mo. 17 days), for the Shinedown & Godsmack concert in Huntsville, (stage right lower level, very good seats) and received a call a few weeks later stating my tickets weren't available due to "obstructed view". My seats were moved to an upper level section on stage left with a majorly obstructed view! While there, I found my previously purchased seats to be occupied by somebody else with a fantastic view, absolutely wide open....not even a trash can between the seats and the stage! The lady that I spoke with flat out lied saying the seats weren't available due to "obstructed view" and then placed me right square in front of a huge obstruction! (speakers hanging from the ceiling on the left corner of the stage). I'm sure this company sells tickets early and if they can sell them again at a higher price the first buyer gets screwed out of their preferred seats and offered a third rate seat....PURE GREED AND DISHONESTY!!! I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint and Ticketmaster to inform them that their ticket "resellers" are tarnishing the reputation and business of Ticketmaster! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! TICKETSMATE IS A SCAM AND DISHONEST, UNDERHANDED LIAR....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!"
