"I was double billed on April 14th 2018 , My Credit card company called me and asked if I was aware of it. I told them NO and immediately called Vivid Seats where I purchased the tickets. They told me to send an email with a copy of the Credit Card Statement which I did. They cancelled my tickets and have restricted me from buying anymore because they said I withdrew my Payment. Then I called you guys and went thru the whole deal and asked if I could buy tickets from you. I did on the phone and while still on the phone you sent me this email: Your Tickets-Center.com order for tickets to Kansas City Royals at Texas Rangers (Rangers Cap Giveaway) has been set for cancellation, as we cannot accept orders from individuals who have withheld payment for past ticket orders from us or from another company in our industry. The transaction hold on your credit card should be removed within 3-5 business days. Please contact your bank or credit card company if you have any questions.

"They are a complete scam & what you originally think is the ticket cost doubles or quadruples by the time you get your bill. They are very slick so don't feel bad if you are scammed. They also redirect so make you think you are buying from Ticket Master. Immediately put in a reverse charge request with your credit company. If enough people do this they will lose ability to use Visa. Reverse charges will also cost these scammers about $125 in bank charges. Let's shut down this disreputable company."

Bought a ticket for Hamilton with supposedly, overnight shipping....three days later, on the day of the show, spend most of the morning with their customer service telling that an E-ticket would be issued and would call me back. When I received the call back was to throw UPS under the bus and to tell me they couldn’t do will call or e-tickets and would instead refund the money (in 5 days). Since I got a great deal for that ticket, it sound like they probably were able to sell it for much higher price to someone else. Please be aware!!!
Stay with Ticketmaster or any other reputable seller."

"I rarely go to concerts and I am not versed in buying tickets. This is a bogus ticket site. They will supposedly sell tickets to you, at more than 3 times the retail price. They won't send you the tickets until right before the event so you won't know if you get them on time and they will NOT work with you on a refund for any reason. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal and I was able to file a claim. Initially the claim was denied, but I'm guessing a lot more claims were filed so I got an email saying my claim would be fulfilled and my money refunded. Thank you PayPal for saving the day and a lot of money. Stick with Ticketmaster or legit sites."

"I purchased tickets online and showed up to the venue only to be told they were fake tickets. I called customer service and they said they’d do an investigation and told me not to call the police.
