They are no worse than any other ticket broker. You pay them way over the venue's ticket price and they deliver the tickets right before the event vs. right away (not sure why they do this...it just adds to the pain, which is why I gave 4 stars vs. 5).
I tried to contact them on a mistake I made. First, I tried e-mail through their contact form and got a big fat "can't help you" and "You checked the box with our policy." They are right.
However, when I called their toll-free number, I was very pleased with how they handled things.
If you need to contact them, be respectful, explain the situation, and you may have a happy ending, too! Real people work there. "
