"The website and ad are deceptive. It appears you’re purchasing tickets on the site for the venue. When I received my tickets by email from the venue the price was $305 less than what I paid. I searched my emails for a receipt from the venue. I have no receipt in my email, only an order confirmation with the venue in the subject. emails also appear to be from the venue, however upon further investigation I wasn’t even on the venues site when I purchased the tickets. This site scams people out of hundreds of dollars through deception and ridiculous markups. They refuse to give any refunds as all sales are final. Please beware and check ticket prices on other sites before purchasing. Also, be sure to check your url in your search on your browser to make sure you’re on a legitimate site before any purchase. I work in online marketing and am very familiar with these types of sites and I was still fooled. Always double check all information before clicking pay on any site. "

"This place is a complete scam- we never received our tickets. We reached out multiple times to their equally horrible chat service. We were told that they were resending them to a different email address that we provided- never offered to replace the tickets. When we tried to cancel, which is what we were told to do after we had to purchase new tickets at the box office the chat told us. We cant refund your money but if you had contacted us we would have replaced them. We did contact them and they did not offer to replace them. I asked for proof that they sent them but was told they could not do that. I asked for them to look and confirm that the tickets were not used and was told that they could not help with that either. So now we paid for our tickets twice and wasted a couple of hours of our time. We will be contesting this charge with our credit card."

"This site is a scam! I made a mistake ordering and contacted them within a few minutes placing my order and they would not refund my money. Their site is confusing and totaling misleading."

"In October, I purchased two tickets to a concert to be held in February. They sold me the tickets for two seats and accepted my payment immediately. They listed the delivery method as "Special Delivery". I anticipated I would get the tickets delivered by FedEx, USPO, or some other delivery company. Turns out their version of Special Delivery is very unique. What they mean is "we don't give you access to your tickets (not even tell you the seating) until an hour before the performance, and you pick the tickets up at Will Call.
They also do not refund anything. They have very nice customer service reps who are empowered to do absolutely nothing but stonewall customers. There are no phone numbers listed for them other than customer service. And when you submit a complaint, they don't respond.
Their game is very simple: Get the money and run.
This industry needs to be state or Federally regulated.

"I bought tickets from here for The Book of Mormon. When I got to the theater I found I was seated in a box seat where half of the stage couldn't be seen, which is not where I had chosen my seat to be off of the seating chart on the website. After looking into it further, I saw that tickets-center charged double the amount for the tickets than the original venue. I got completely ripped off and I rushed into buying the tickets because of their countdown of "we'll only reserve these seats for the next so and so minutes". I also paid an extra add-on fee for if I needed to refund my tickets for any reason, but then they say that ALL sales are final and they don't give refunds, even though they offered me this choice and took my money."
