My order was canceled I never received my tickets.

"I made two attempts to purchase tickets and both orders were canceled. One attempt was online and the second attempt was over the phone with sales representative Ronald. Years ago I challenged through the credit card company to get a refund of two tickets and eventually I could not get the refund. I lost the money and moved on. However, now whenever I try to purchase tickets I am told that anyone that challenged the payment of tickets in the past cannot purchase future tickets. I understand your terms and use policy. However, can this issue be resolved?"

Balcony. $150
No seats are designated as such. When in fact all seats are $29. Total cost for two $29 tickets $58. Total cost from this crooked scam company. 2 @ $29 plus charges $$392.95.
Stay away from these con artists.

The customer service ****

"The customer service ****. I purchased tickets from vivid and received them within two hours by email it’s been 48 hours and still no tickets. If my tickets do not arrive by the event date I will be filing a lawsuit against them. Man they are just the worst there’s no option to speak to a person when you call. Don’t even really care that much about the overprice nature of the tickets I just wanted my tickets delivered to me so I didn’t have to worry whether I was actually gonna receive them or not. "

"This place charges outrageous markup with no recourse to cancel. Please go straight to your venue's webpage for a deal that will not leave you feeling like an ****. I would never use these guys again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone for any reason. I hope they step in dog ****t!"

"I needed to go through this site to book tickets for an event, which I did. It took forever to get the tickets purchased and later (on the same day of purchase) I received an email advising that my ticket purchase was canceled. No reason or explanation given for the cancellation. I called customer service, which confirmed my cancellation, but again could give me no reason for the cancellation, was placed on hold and no one returned to the line to speak with me.
I suspect the cancellation was because the price I purchased the tickets at was lower than the price now being asked when I went back onto the purchase site to repurchase. A complete and utter rip off.

"Searching for baseball game tickets and their site was the only one I could find (Google did me dirty and didn't deliver the teams site) and when I got the emailed tickets I found I paid more than 3 times the value of the ticket."

Amazing customer service

"I had purchased concert tickets. Unfortunately UPS wasn't going to have the hard copy tickets delivered until Monday. (The concert was Saturday). I called and spoke to a lady about what was happening Friday night. Saturday morning the day off the concert, I woke up to two missed calls and a text message from Ticket Center. I called back immediately and the lady I spoke with confirmed I would not receive my tickets until Monday. She placed me on hold and found two tickets on Ticket Master, the same section, same seats but 4 rows closer. She e-transferred me those tickets so I would not miss out on the Garth Brooks concert. Amazing customer service. "

Horrible Experience

"My husband bought tickets to a Darius Rucker concert. It was rescheduled from a Fri night Labor Day weekend to a Wed night end of August. We cannot attend. We both work. While we wanted to go and paid dearly for the tickets, plus serv charge, we cannot be refunded! I tried to contact Tickets-center.com and you get lame automated phone prompts. When I went on to Ticketmaster who handled actually distributing the tickets, the amount they are selling for is far lower than I was charged by this company! Stay AWAY! SO disapointing with this company and the new Heartford Healthcare Ampitheatre for having no one to assist , and also allowing this to be rescheduled from a Fri to a weeknight. Love Darius, but not have a different feeling about wanting to see him in concert as well. "

Worst Experience Ever

"Do not use this site to even LOOK at or price tickets. I accidentally purchased tickets via my PayPal account when looking to see the final costs totals. Typically the site returns you to finalize the purchase but this site did not. Once I realized what happened by receiving a confirmation email, I called customer service within minutes of the transaction. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do, based on their cancellation terms. I was then told to sell the tickets via social media or another resell vender! These tickets were 4x the venue ticket amount. Complete fraud. "

tickets-center.com gets one star for answering my call

"I bought 2 tickets which said they were 157 dollars. The next time I saw the price it doubled to 313 or something. I clicked too fast because I was seeing their ads saying tickets are selling out fast and didn't notice the price had doubled until it was too late. To make t worse I discovered later it was a foreign currency and if I purchase better tickets from the event holder I would have twice as good of seats at a quarter of the price. I read they would not offer returns but hoped since I had not only made a mistake myself but I did not see anywhere that the mistake included it being a foreign currency that they would be reasonable and refund at least some of my money. I called immediately! How did they help me? They said all you can do is try to sell your tickets. What kind of person would try to sell someone tickets for nearly 4 times their worth? Not me Only ticket-center.com! I will call the police to see how to protect myself in the future and if possible if I can charge them. I am pretty sure that because I made mistakes in the process they will get to take my money. The only way I can hope to get it back is to wait until it is sold out and then the tickets might be worth 4 times what they are now. Then I will not be able to go to the event to see for the first time a group of amazing artists. This was also a birthday gift for my husband. Now it is ruined. Noice gift. Honey, I threw away 250 dollars for your birthday. I know money is really tight right now so you know I donated it to some rich thieves. I am disgusted with this company and ashamed for falling for their tricks."
