"This company will never give you a refund. They make it appear you are purchasing a ticket from the actual event, but they charge more for the ticket. They got me by advertising seating for sale that was standing room only. The only problem was that they didn’t mention that the “seating” was not seating but standing. No mention at all, but they would not refund. This is misleading advertising and it is an error on their site. They should be responsible for a refund. Instead they just say you can resell the tickets on social media. The tickets I purchased were $22 each but should have costed $8 each, someone named Joe Meyer is the name on the ticket. Very shameful and deceptive. "

"This company is a total scam. They are also total liars. Due to the horrific nature of Wynonna Judd's Mother's suicide, her concert in Albuquerque was canceled. This event has not and will not be rescheduled per the venue. First, I tried to get help via their "live chat" feature, which is a scam. The "operator" repeatedly indicated I was wrong that the event was not canceled - a deflective scam to not pay me back the $491.00 I spent on tickets. I sent them numerous documents to which this "person" indicated that they could not find any proof the event was canceled - um I sent them three things proving it was. They swore up and down I would receive a refund once they got word..um it is two days before the event, NO refund..it is all over her website and everwhere else she canceled this event. Next, I tried calling today..after talking for an extended time, they were like "oops" you have reached our sales department we suddenly can't help you.. (another lie, as the CS number is the same one I called days before and attempted to get help at and miraculously "that day" they were the CS department. Second, when they "transferred me" nobody answered, they would not send the live chat feature they kept asking if I wanted and they would not answer the phone. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. This is repugnant, unacceptable and horrific business practice..no wonder there are over 5,000 complaints for this TOTAL SCAM of a company. They owe me 491.00 and I want my money back.

"We bought tickets for the Paul McCartney concert in section 213 which was looking straight on the stage. We spent $1300 for two tickets. And when the tickets were delivered two days before the event they were in section 205 which is practically behind the stage. In the email I received when I ordered the tickets it’s stated Section 213 row 8. When I called to complain they said they upgraded my tickets because they were closer to the stage. They failed to mention that it’s closer almost behind. I called three different times spoke to three different people and they’ve done nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor they wouldn’t let me. I asked for a refund because I could buy tickets where I wanted them for less money they won’t. Horrible company said because they upgraded me they couldn’t do anything. However this is not an upgrade to anybody who would be looking at these tickets. Horrible company, horrible customer service, save your money and buy from the venue."
