"Unfortunately I clicked on a Google Ad when I was looking for monster jam tickets. I end up in this website ticket-center.com and I bought the cheapest ones at $39. Then after 4 hours we haven't received the tickets on our email so I start calling ticket master, the official website. So at that point I realized I have been scammed by Ticket-Master with the help pf Google of course and because of my fault of course. I end up paying $242 instead of $169 in this horrible website that the only thing it does is confused people and get advantage of google advertising algorithm.

Always check if you are on the right website before purchasing any tickets and stay away of this scam people."

"Despite google searching for the "official DPAC tickets" the internet kept leading me to ticket-center.com. I eventually assumed they were the official vendor for DPAC tickets because this is the link that kept coming up. Thanks to the lack of net neutrality, I'm sure this is why I ended up here. So, I later realized that I paid above face value for my Il Divo tickets. And this happened on the first day of ticket sales for this show! I could expect paying more if the box office sold out and I was trying to buy tickets through a second hand scalper. But, what is worse is they would not refund my tickets despite me contacting them within a few hours of purchasing. I see that I'm not the only victim. Sure how the BBB shuts them down.

"I did not fully check the actual venue first, since this was an ad and when I did check the markup was 100% over the ticket cost. So yes it was easy to purchase, too easy I wold make sure that you look at the venue ticket cost first before clicking the button.

"Purchased concert tickets from what I thought was the venue and never received them. I’ve filed a claim with my bank and with the BBB. I buy concert tickets all the time and I am disgusted that this company is allowed to exist. I bought them 12/7/18 and was “guaranteed” to get them by 7/30/19. I had to buy new tickets at a higher resale price because they were a gift and I’m traveling to another state to see the concert. "
