"If you're spooked by all the fees, taxes and "special delivery" charges that you're forced to take, don't despair. Hang in there use the arrows at the top of your screen to back track into your order (and even attempt to log out). More likely than not, you'll get a nice discount offer IF you place your order within the next 15 minutes. Doing that saved me 40% and brought the reseller's price down to a reasonable level, one that I didn't mind paying. Otherwise, I would have walked."

Contact customer service and you have to do a chat where the person gives you the run around treats you like crap and doesn't even ask any questions then end chat with you by giving you a phone number that you already called to find out it's a recording and no one will answer. "Bought concert tickets on my cell phone for $160 to Chicago. Hit "back button" on phone to double check I got tickets I wanted, and suddenly price for SAME SEATS was "on sale" $103! I called and they said "no refunds, you own the tickets, you can resell for whatever price you want." Rip off! I went to the venue website to see if they had any info on this and venue had big "Don't be scammed!" alert on their home page saying they ONLY sell tickets for their events through TICKETMASTER and any other seller's tickets might not be honored. Oh, and by the way...THEY show ticket price for same seats at $58.50!! Also, guess what? Tickets I bought on 3/5/19...tickets don't actually go on sale from venue until 3/9/19! How is it that this company is selling tickets that aren't even for sale? I contacted my credit card company immediately to DISPUTE charges and getting it cancelled. Unfortunately, the hassle for me is that I had to have my VISA number cancelled, a new one being sent, 7-10 days. BTW, this company also did a "phishing" charge on my card just before the BIG charge of $391.50. They processed a $1 charge and then a $0 charge, no credit, and then full charge. Glad I caught it when I did!"

I spoke with the box office at the event and was told that I had purchased $39 tickets through ticket center.com. Basically I got screwed out of $210. First time I've ever purchased online so buyer beware!"
