"This is our first time using Tickets-Center.com. They are AMAZING at customer service. We ordered our tickets, unfortunately I missed the email. The day before our event, we realized we didn't have the tickets. We went onto the live chat and a rep solved it in under 5 minutes, was so nice, resent the tickets. Easy ordering, and a company that stays involved throughout the process. I would highly recommend and we plan to use them for future events. "

"Please dont buy here, we bought our tickets to find out someone had the exact same tickets someone is selling counterfeit. We missed the show and overpaid, traveled 300 miles to see. Ugly ugly people. Refund? Who knows. The have a nonrefundable policy. "
"Horrible experience, attempted to cancel an order before confirmation, once I realized they don’t even have the tickets yet, and that the price was over double the venue asking rate, but the website wouldn’t let me go back so I closed the website, only to find they charged my credit card. When I called within five minutes to cancel the order I was told it could be canceled, simply because that was policy. Mind you the concert is two months away and they hadnt provided any service yet. Just a scam company, gouging buyers. Instead of being a decent vendor and being willing to cancel the order, and perhaps have a long term customer, they chose the quick buck over good customer service. I’ll never buy from them again and will spend as much effort as possible making sure others don’t either. "

"i wish i checked this page before booking, i ordered 3 tickets at 83$/ea as soon as my payment was confirmed, the page refreshed and the exact section and row tickets were available for 56$/ea this was no more than 1 minute after ordering, i called immediatley and they said my only option is to try and re sell my tickets. this company is disgusting and i wouldnt refer them to my worst enemy. Please do not ever do buisness with this company, if i can save 1 person money with this review i will be happy, but i hope they never scam another sucker like me"

"This is a total scam. They buy tickets at face value and then inflate the price by close to 1000%. They prey on people that only use Google to get their tickets, and take advantage of the people who are so very excited to see a venue. The hottest seat in Hades will undoubtedly house the thief that runs this debacle. In all candor, that still is not nearly enough retribution for what this company does."

"This company is not a scammer. They sell tickets. Same as all the other ticket companies. When I went on the Tennis website to purchase tickets, there were none available for the seats I wanted so I searched several ticket sites and they were pretty much in the same ball park in price. I paid $1850.00 for two tickets. The tickets arrived rather quickly and upon looking at them the face value is $285.00 for each ticket. I am not going to get **** hurt because they made so much profit from my purchase. Anyone can do what they do. If you want to make some extra money, buy your own tickets and resell them from your home."
