Caesar was horrible!

" He typed in my credit card information incorrectly and then said my card was not working and need me give him any different credit card which caused a terrible hassle with the credit card company. They said he entered the expiration date and three digit code incorrectly and that’s why it was refused. "

Scammers

"They do indeed present themselves as the venue and scam you hard. Charged me $102 for $31 tickets. I will report the the BBB and these people should be put out of business. They are scammers."

"Quick and easy purchase of tickets! Only negative is that I did not see a break down in fees so my bill was $20/ticket more than expected... processing fees maybe? I received my e-tickets immediately after purchasing."

Additional fees

"You sent me an email that I can get 10% off after I purchased the tickets. Would be great to get that offer before I paid.

I chose my tickets and started to pay. Then found they were $32 more each so went back and got less expensive tickets. The service charges is nothing more than an additional cost to the ticket. Just add that price to the ticket and don't rub it in that you are charging people to maintain your website, pay for your advertising and employees salary.
My company would never tell a client that we charge $125 and hour and then add additional $32 to maintain our website and pay for our employees.
Imagine pulling into a gas station and seeing a sign for $2.00 a gallon of gas and then when you go to pay, there is a charge to help pay for pumps and employees.

"I’m truly **** that they over price their tickets double the cost of ticket master! We are already on a very tight budget and ticket-center.com are theives!!! My husband is military and don’t get to spend much time together or do anything together as a family! I suggest you look at other places before using these folks! I will never buy tickets again through this crappy company! I will boycott them and blast how ruthless these people are!!!! "

Superb and patient customer service

"The gentleman that took my call was extremely helpful and patient. He spoke clearly and explained things easily. It was my first experience ordering tickets and it was a smooth transaction. Give the guy who took my order a raise, don’t lose him!"

Don't use it!

"The customer service never have a live person answering calls. Not able to talk using live chat.
The only way is through email. Just be aware the website does not allow refund or cancellation while the concert is 3 months away. Also, the email told me that I won't be able to get the ticket until 2 days before the concert which is another suspicious practice. I paid for an empty promise with nothing delivered!

It is a SCAM!
