"I ordered tickets a few months ago for a football game. I ordered through ticketzoom because they had the best seats at the best price. Then I read some of the negative reviews, so I became a little concerned. 2 weeks before the game, I called and the phone was answered immediately, I asked if they had a record of the tickets and that it would be great if I could get them a bit early (so that I wouldn't worry!). They said they would contact the seller, I got a notice about 48 hours later and the tickets arrived 2 days after that. So, perfect experience for me."

I continuously repeated my email over and over again. Waiting for my tickets to come through, but they didn't. I asked to speak with a manager-but she failed to connect me. "I read negative feedback and Ticket Zoom is great & came to my rescue. I wanted to share positive feedback. I waited 2hrs on Ticketmaster to buy tickets for Garth Brooks and it sold out while I was on hold. I searched many sites that jacked the ticket prices way up and had crazy service charges like $69 and added $75 to ticket prices. Ticket Zoom was only $10 higher for the ticket prices and a $29 service fee that is fair. Considering a reseller has overhead to provide a ticket purchase experience, Ticket Zoom had a smooth transfer through Ticket Master and my ticket & seat was ready the same day. I also called Ticket Zoom customer service and they picked up right away and answered all my questions. Thanks and this is my first time buying through Ticket Zoom and the site was simple and fast, so I wanted to express my positive experience. In fact, I almost didn't buy through Ticket Zoom because of other feedback. Thanks, Brad"
"I called to inquire about a discount towards my tickets. The rep (Francis), was very helpful. He applied the discount and placed the order for me. The transaction was smooth and easy. I just suggest that they add a place on the website during checkout to apply credits or discount codes. This will eliminate future inconveniences of having to call in, when instead it can all be done online. Other of that, I will definitely use their service again. Thanks"
"I did not like my experience. I attempted to purchase tickets and use a credit I was given. There’s no place on the site to redeem it so I had to call in. Long wait time to speak to someone and took them forever to actually apply it. Fees are also high. Unlikely to use them again. "

"I bought my 3 tickets to Celine Dion on January 20, 2019 in Las Vegas online. I went to a page that said each ticket was $257 and the location. When I clicked on the next button which I thought was sending me to a page that had the breakdown of all costs, I purchased the tickets. It did not say "Purchase Tickets" on the button. It also never said anywhere but on the purchased page that these tickets where nonrefundable. The receipt they send me did not have a breakdown of the fees either. The total price was $1,009.25. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company, and they sent me an invoice that Ticketzoom sent them I never got. I sent information twice to the credit card company telling them I never intended to purchase these tickets, to no avail. I have my tickets which say "TicketMaster" on them (which is confusing to me) and I am hoping they are legitimate so I can resell them, as my friend got them for about $100 more than Ticketzoom. Not very happy. :-("

So I had to buy second set of ticket to pick up at the box office then the box said they where not there to pick up had to **** to get tickets .I don't like being ugly but I will never use this site again I feel it was fraud.
