"I tried to take son to a Mavericks game. We ordered the tickets and did not recieve e-mail confirmation. We were on our way to the game, so when we arrived we went to will call and they could not find them. I called the number on the site provided and there was no one to take calls. My son was crying and it was very disappointing for the absence of help by Ticket Zoom. They still charged my account, and guess what, the phone line says the event ended and they can not help. Then the phone hangs up. I am waiting for a refund 2 months later. I will take this down when I am given a credit or refund."
