"I placed an order for a few skinny ties and bowties on 2/27/13. The USPS tracking showed that this package was delivered to my house on 3/2/13, but no one at the household recalls a package being sent. On 3/6/13, I opened a case with USPS about this lost package. Even with the understanding that this may not be Tiemart's fault, I contacted their customer service anyway to see if there is anything they can do to assist with this investigation. The rep, whose name escapes me at the moment, said that she would be sending a duplicate package with my order, and that this second one would require a signature to be delivered and should the other package be found, to please have it returned. I am very pleased with such a response, though I sincerely hope that the other package is found so that the duplicate order can be returned. Even though I haven't yet gotten my replacement package (as the request was submitted only a few minutes ago), I recommend this site based on this customer service experience alone."
