"Online sales are not totally online.
If you need to make a change, you will need to contact during business hours over the phone.
Terrible experience.
Horrous.
I will not buy again."

"On DEC. 11th i had to undergo majior baack surgery.My wife was an angle thru it all ,waited on me hand and foot.Thats when i decieded to get her something special,an i love you gift.I found Tiffany &co. on line,found what i wanted in my price range,even spoke live with a consultant.The process was smooth...The gift arrived the day before valantines day.There is something special about that little blue BOX.Very pleased with the purchase,and the service....Ill do it again"
