Service started great on previous orders through the years but recently made an expensive purchase only to receive items worth pennies, upon inquiry as to where my original order was i was offered to send the items back for an 85% refund. My original purchase was over £50.
Paypal has stepped in and sorted this out but i suggest you all avoid this seller."
"I ordered an airsoft pistol from them in December 2021. They charged me $75 for express delivery, denying cheaper option. Ok... I was waiting for three months, the tracking was showing that the item stuck in the Customs, but I did not receive any messages (the Customs will send you a note if they seized your item). I was asking the store what should I do, and they were sending me generic messages like “we hope it will arrive soon”. Finally I received a note from the Customs that they seized the pistol, because it was missing a safety orange plug, required by law. I did not believe it: The store told me they were attacking the orange plug on the pistol, just before they shipped it... But the customs sent me a paperwork with the official statement, including that the store put a price on the pistol in $30, except $150 that I paid for it. (To avoid tariff fees I guess; but it was so obvious violation I guess it along **** off the Customs...)
I had to send to the Customs a statement that I am abandoning the property (I do not see how I could win an appeal). I notified the store and asked them for a refund. The response? “Send the item back ten you will get a refund”. Seriously? I just called my credit card and asked to help with a back-charge. I hope it will work. But even if I receive my money back this is probably the worse shopping experience in my life... "

Postage can take a while as I'm in the uk but not there fault.

"Wanted parts for a AUG parts were available thus ordered paid for,then nothing .One week passed with no conformation of order or tracking number provided .12 emails sent,nothing .3 days later a returned email explained that nothing had been sent because 1 item was unavailable .Great .Thanks for taking your time to inform me.Lol.Tiger111HK asked if I wanted to wait an extra 4 weeks for the unavailable item.I looked on their website and it still showed the unavailable item as available .WTF?? Anyway decided to cancel my order and get my money back,right?WRONG !!!7 days later Tiger111HK finally responded to another 6 emails asking about the refund saying the refund was directed to their Accounts Department for a return and now still waiting another 3 days without any explanation as to the procedure for the refund how long till I receive the refund.Absolutely hopeless poor management bad service and terrible communication.AVOID at all costs .DON'T do business with them!!! BIG mistake .They LIE,close to being called a SCAM,with a hint of FRAUD !!! Tiger111HK is happy to take your money ,however they like to keep it and avoid communication hoping you change your mind and purchase something else or settle for a voucher .I will never ,repeat ,NEVER touch these guys again .Waste of time .Thanks ,take care ,Matt."

"Be careful! Don’t buy from this online store! Tiger111hk attitude towards a customer is really unprofessional.
After I placed and fully paid for an order, customer “Service” updated a status to "Wait Package". However a week after I‘ve received a letter saying I need to pay additional US$12.30. Apparently I’ve managed to place and pay for an order without actually choosing a delivery type. I still have no idea how I’ve managed that.
Anyways I’ve made that additional payment and customer “Service” confirmed it. Two more weeks later I’ve still waiting for my parcel. I’ve decided to check the status of my order just to find out that it’s still at "Wait Package" stage! When I’ve enquired why am I still waiting for my item to be shipped out, I’ve received a comment, that it’s OUT OF STOCK.
I’ve managed to place an order, fully pay for it (twice), waisted a month of my time and all just to find out it’s OUT OF STOCK! There was no apology, no explanation – just an offer to refund my money back and that's it.
This was a big waist of my time and money. Really disappointing. I’ve constantly make a lot of different purchases online and never had such an unprofessional attitude towards a customer."
"I had to escalate a dispute through paypal against these C-word... paid for 10 King Arms VSS mags on 16/04, they have posted them only on 13/05. I have paid £58 for them and £32 for express air post. Tracking only showed ARRIVED in UK, with them telling me I have to track on Royal Mail system, where tracking number produced nothing... After hours on the phone begging, Royal Mail used my name and Post Code to confirm that they in fact had a parcel from Hong Kong for me but it was due to be send back to sender because the address was incomplete. Sender would have to get it and send it again with correct address. Even thou I was confirming my address and my details, for "security" reasons it had to go back to sender.... Anyways, I contacted Tiger111HK and told them that I wasnt happy with this service and a month and a half wait. That I wanted a refund so I can buy magazines for my VSS else where. Needless to say, I ended up buying them from Fire-support (as they have received new stock) on 27/05 but I have not received refund or the items I paid £84 for from Tiger111HK. Hence the escalating dispute now as they are saying that the item have been delivered... I would not use Tiger111HK ever again and would not recommend as the communication is generic and one sided (computer says NO) :-( "
"Order 245.00 of gear. Then they came back after they took our money and told us they had to break the pistols into pieces and ship separately with additional cost. When we asked to cancel the order and refund out money, they ignored our emails. Avoid this site and do not order anything from them."
