"I ordered 2GB of memory recommened by my computer support tech. The process of ordering at TigerDirect.ca was simple and uncomplicated.
I did like the feature to secure my MasterCard with a password on your site, and I took advantage of it.
The only complaint I have it that TigerDirect.ca ships UPS and I put my home address in as the shipping address since I did not know TigerDirect.ca ships by UPS until after I placed my order.
Now I have to phone UPS and ask for an address correction as they have already tried to delivery the package once, and I am not a home during the day.
My computer support tech highly recommened your site, saying it has the best prices of all on-line stores and even better prices than the big box electronics retailers. In my research on the web, I have found this to be true.
Overall, I am pleased with the speed of service from TigerDirect.ca, and will look to your site for my future computer needs.
