"Bad time of year I guess. I ordered same item...was an error in paying through Amazon -assigned the person to whom I shipped the item the bill and she does not have an Amazon Pay account. At first I was told item was at delivery , then it was not , then it was on backorder, so I tried again. I hope we do not get two, and that we do get one. Customer service was useless-time of year I assume.

"I ordered a gaming PC with the features I was looking for. Ordering process was fairly easy, although a bit lengthy due to fraud prevention measures (which I'm totally OK with), and the site said the item was in stock at the time I placed my order. 2 days later (2 AM on Saturday) I received an email saying it was back ordered. Checked the web site, and status still says in stock. Called customer service on Monday to check on how long it was going to take, they promised to email or call me back by the next day with an estimate on the time to fill the order. 2 days later, and I have not heard from anyone. No phone call, no email (yes I checked my spam folder). However, they've sent me at least 1 email every day on their "deals" since I gave them my email info. Disappointing to say the least. 2 stars, since they are not horrible, but I'm nowhere near satisfied in any respect.
C'mon Tiger! Can't you at least tell your prospective customers about stock-outs before spending $$thousands?"
