"ordered laptop , with 2nd day shipping, after 2 days with no emails with shipping info I called tiger direct. Women on line assured me that my computer is physically in the warehouse and awaiting shipping label and should be shipped that day. after 2 more days I called Tiger Direct to get a tracking number for my laptop that was supposedly shipped 2 days prior. That women said she would call the warehouse and get right back to me in a few minutes, no call came that day. The next day I called again, got another women, she said she would email the warehouse and it would be another day to get shipping info, I called back later that day, got a guy this time, I told him the women never got back to me, and I just want to find out about this computer, he told me communication takes a while on their end, because they are in the Phillipines and the warehouse is in Tennesee. I called back later that day and he told me the laptop was on back order, I explained that the first time I called a women I had spoke with told me my computer was physically being packaged at that moment for shipping. He apologized and said it was on back order, I cancelled the order, they flat out lied just to get a sale. I do not recomend doing business with tiger Direct."
