"I am still waiting on 2 items even though shipping was supposed to be 3-7 days and this is wednesday the 19. It was originally supposed to be here Tuesday the 16 and Fedex keeps delaying the shipment, the high priced item came within 3 days and I am happy with that part."

I purchased a pair of Surface Pro 7+'s on 2 separate orders. 1 Order is either cancelled or shipped, I've gotten emails saying both at the same time, and emails saying that my order was cancelled, and then a follow up email asking me to review my new Surface Pro since I should have received it.
The 2nd order, is currently in backorder, I've been told three times that the order is placed and I will get it or it will be shipped first week of June, 6 weeks after I ordered it. It was "in stock" when I bought it on April 22 (first order) and 23 (second order), but both went backorder the next day. The frustrating thing is that I can't check order status, because when I login, I get asked to call customer service, I've done that three times, and it doesn't get rid of the message to call customer service when I login.
The best part is, they have confirm that the order will be fulfilled, but they keep telling me to call back a week or 2 before first week of June to check. That means I can't buy accessories because I don't know if I will actually get my tablet."
