"I used to like the site, but recently I've had problems trying to order products they actively advertised but were out-of-stock: you can't just sign up to get alerted when a product is back in stock (a terrible lack of functionality!!!) -- I ended up ordering on amazon instead, saved a couple of bucks too; then, my next order got frozen because of their problems validating my credit card (which I use all the time ordering from amazon and other sites), I ended up having to cancel (guess I'll try again but only if I can't find the product elsewhere!). IOW, purchasing experience is gradually getting worse and worse with time. Unless they get back on an upwards trajectory, I might end up giving them a pass no matter how attractive and aggressive their MANY ads on all sorts of websites keep being!"
