"I made a purchase yesterday using Paypal and the pending charge went through on my end showing in my Paypal account AND my. credit card showing that my form of payment is valid. I coincidentally called to update my phone # and was told that the order was showing it was cancelling because PayPal was saying my card # is wrong. What?? How is that even possible. So the customer service at the credit dept (first lady who answered in CUSTOMER SERVICE was sooooo rude) was of no help and insisted i fully cancel my order and offered no solution. So frustrating. Repurchased so i hope this doesn't happen again."
