"Set up new account and logged in. Found what I was looking for and put in cart. Went to purchase and it asked me to log in again, but I was already logged in to the new account I had just setup….why? So I logged in again.
Site glitched while ordering and billing and shipping info got swapped? Also had an issue where two secure plans were present instead of one. Customer service never got back to me about this issue. Order did not go through.
Now when I log into site it calls me by the family member I was shipping to, not my personal info entered when I created the account. The initial email sent to me by tiger direct addresses me by name. It appears someone changed my account info. After I ordered. I can not go back in and change my name/account info because there is no option even when logged. I had to open a new account with a different email to proceed.
Bad experience and unfortunately I do not trust the business with my personal info. "
