"I received the computer last Friday with no outward signs of damage, but after I hooked it all up, the computer failed to boot, and it was too late to call warranty services, and I had to wait until Monday to call. The tech was very kind and sent me an email with instructions to reseat the memory sticks. I did as instructed several times, but the computer still didn't boot. I replied to the email and requested replacement memory sticks: it remains to be seen if this fixes the problem."
