"I ordered a desktop computer that was in stock and available. Everything appeared to go through but I later got an email saying the order was canceled with no explanation. I called and ask if they could provide me a reason, customer service said they would have to check and they would get back to me. They never called me back. The next day after confirming that we had received the credit I tried placing the order for the same computer, with the same credit card. This time it completed and it was actually shipped. I ended up getting the computer later that when we needed it and I have still never been told why the first order was canceled. Doesn't give me confidence that future orders would be handled properly."
