When I tried to pay via PayPal, the discount had not been applied. I went back 3 times cycling through the cart to PayPal with same result. I then tried to enter my VISA card and it took two tries to accept it. Then in the final check-out, I had to fill in 3 digit security number AGAIN after filling it in twice before. I just hope the laptop I purchased works better than this web site."

"The worst experience ever. I purchased PowerBeat Pro wireless earphones for working out. As soon as I put them in I knew that they were either broken or a complete joke. Sound quality was horrible. So I start calling the 1-800 #s (they have a few) within an hour of testing them out. I have probably called 10-15 times by now over 2 days and have never even had the option to hold on the line for a few hours (what I expected after I started to read reviews). Rather, the #s would send me to the right queue with a voice message saying "no one is available to take your call right now, please call back later" and then disconnects. Wow. So I have now added emails to customer support to the regiment. So far, no replies. I want my $200 back. I could not feel more taken."
