"Placed a simple order on the website in the morning. In the evening, I get a call with no one there. Then I get an email stating my order is being held pending verification which lists the same number. I call back, and their problem is that they can't match my name to the commercial address I am shipping to. Shocker, my name and company name are not on the sign outside because we are part of a national franchise. 45 minutes of my life trying to explain to people who don't speak English as their first language what the situation is, and by the time they "release" the order, my items are out of stock and back ordered.
Maybe other companies do this on the back end, but I have never had to go through this in all my life of online ordering."
