"I ordered what I believed to be a mid level gaming computer and paid appropiately for same. What I received was a entry level system containing a no longer supported A320m motherboard and 500 watt power supply. Neither of which are mid level status.
Your advertising should state mother board and power supply included, of course you would lose sales as I would not have purchased this unit. As well the motherboard only has 2 memory banks. The A series boards for AMD are the cheapest because they use only the bare minimum of required specifications defined by AMD. They are also limited in number of ports and PCIe lanes than a B series board. Even the cheapest B series board is a better value than the most expensive A series board. A series boards are for office computers. I expected this computer to have a B450 or B550 board, which I now have to purchase on my own for a brand new computer which will also probably mean an upgrade to power supply. Sending this unit back with your 15% restocking fee and postage would be what a new motherboard would cost me, and then sum. My son and some of his friends who are big on ordering on line with places like Adorma, said I should give Tiger a shot, but I'll have to let know stay away from Tiger."
