Allowed me to purchase an "in stock" item that was out of stock.

"They do not update their inventory status often. I purchased a graphics card that was "in stock" only for my order to be canceled hours later due to no stock remaining. They charged my card quickly though. They refunded it, but still they should not charge the card until they can guarantee the order

I have purchased from their stores before when they used to have locations in Florida. My experience was poor then and remains poor now.

Rough box

"The product was delivered in a timely fashion and was as described. No problems there. The shipping box, however was in pretty bad shape. It was a good thing they packaged the product in Styrofoam or else it might not have survived."

Great product and service but....

"We ordered three small form factor computers for a fast track product. They ended being delayed a day because Tiger decided to re-vet the unusual financial transaction involved after it had already been approved. The computers did finally arrive and they exceeded expectations. Because of the unexpected delay, I can only give this transaction four stars."
