"I wish 0 stars was possible. I've ordered and paid for (4) table tops from TigerChef 2+ months ago and I've yet to receive them. They keep pushing back the delivery date. I ordered these in mid-May, and now (no surprise), their latest email indicates they're not expecting it until late September, which makes it my 4th delivery date change.
If it was not in stock in the first place, the ordering portion on their website should have made a full disclosure BEFORE I purchased it, but there was no mention of it anywhere. It wasn't until 10 days AFTER I placed the order, that I had to initiate an email to ask about my shipment status, only to hear for the first time that there's been a delay. (Which by the way, they should have reached out to me first to notify me, not the other way around). And since then, I've been going back and forth with them, only to get the same response of a pushed-back delivery date. If I knew I was going to get into this mess, I would've backed out earlier and gone with another vendor.
When I sent them my latest email with my complaint, they ignored addressing my direct questions and gave me an "automated" or "template" copied/pasted reply, which was infuriating that they couldn't even have the guts to address me.
All this to say, I called them just now and cancelled my order, cordially. Didn't even bother bringing up my frustration or reasoning; it's not worth another minute on these fools. Don't make the mistake of using them; worst customer service EVER. PERIOD.

"Tiger chef has great prices, way cheaper than other sites, even amazon. They processed my order in a timely fashion. I ordered 2 full size steam table pans. The only issue I have is that the pans have minor scratches on them, the rims are bent up a little, and one corner on both pans is significantly bent, which may have occurred during shipping. They were tossed in a box that may have been a tad too small. These imperfections I am willing to overlook because they won't affect the outcome of what the pans will be used for. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. "
