"I ordered a pair of shores from them. The website had no indication they were on backorder. I got an order confirmation email, then nothing. I called on 8/12 to see if they shipped, only to be told they were on backorder, ad should be in next week. I asked about expedited shipping since I had no way to know they were on backorder - they said no. I canceled the order, and have placed with another retailer. This is lame, in 2011, you should have your inventory in sync with your website."
