"I ordered 5 tile samples which were poorly packaged. Because they were wrapped in only 1 layer of foam and put in a non-padded envelope, the tiles cut through the envelope. It arrived ripped open with some of the tiles (which had fallen off of their backing) missing. i called and asked to have 2 of the samples replaced. That was a week ago,and I'm still waiting to receive my replacement samples. "
